No. The dashboard works entirely with manual entry — copy your monthly Airbnb payout from the host dashboard and log it. This keeps the tool free of API costs and avoids storing your Airbnb credentials.
Yes. The Transactions tab includes a one-click CSV export with date, type, category, amount, and notes. The CSV is UTF-8 with a BOM so it opens cleanly in Excel and Google Sheets.
The free dashboard tracks your own data — you enter what you earned and spent. The Pro plan adds AI competitor pricing analysis, weekly automated price recommendations, occupancy benchmarks, and revenue-curve modeling that the free tier does not include.
Each user only sees their own entries (Supabase Row Level Security policies enforce this at the database layer). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or sell host data.
