Terms of Service

Article 1. Service Overview

PriceBnb (the "Service") is an AI-powered pricing strategy report service for Airbnb hosts. It automates competitor price tracking, occupancy rate analysis, pricing structure recommendations, and AI coaching, delivered in weekly report format.

These Terms govern your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • Individuals aged 14 or older, or legally established entities, may register as members.
  • Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in service restrictions.
  • Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared with others.
  • Members are responsible for the security of their accounts.

Article 3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered through the following paid subscription plans:

  • Pro: 1 listing, 10 expert-curated competitors, weekly reports
  • Business: 3 listings, 10 expert-curated competitors per listing, weekly reports

Free Plan

  • The Free plan starts with just an email signup — no credit card required, no time limit, no auto-billing.
  • On the Free plan you can analyze up to 1 listing, 5 competitors, and generate 2 reports at no cost.
  • Paid plans are activated only when you explicitly complete checkout — there is no automatic conversion from the Free plan.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly (or annually).
  • Cancellation can be done with one click on the settings page. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Article 4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Polar (polar.sh). Payment information is securely managed by Polar, and PriceBnb does not directly store sensitive payment information such as card numbers. For payment-related inquiries, please contact support@price-bnb.com.

Article 5. Data Usage and Accuracy

  • Price analysis, occupancy rates, pricing suggestions, and revenue simulations provided by the Service are estimates based on publicly available data and algorithms, and do not guarantee actual results.
  • Estimated data is marked with "~" or "estimated" labels.
  • The Service is not an official Airbnb service and is not affiliated with Airbnb.
  • Pricing decisions should ultimately be made at the host's own judgment and responsibility.

Article 6. User Responsibilities

  • You must not use the Service for illegal purposes.
  • You must not engage in activities that compromise or interfere with the security of the Service.
  • You must not access the Service through automated methods (bots, scrapers, etc.).
  • You must not redistribute or commercially use data obtained through the Service without authorization.
  • You must not register another person's listing information as your own.

Article 7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including software, design, algorithms, content, and branding, belong to PriceBnb. Members may use the provided content only for the purpose of using the Service and may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer it.

Article 8. Limitation of Liability

  • PriceBnb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or data loss.
  • PriceBnb is not responsible for outcomes resulting from following the Service's pricing suggestions.
  • In no event shall PriceBnb's total liability exceed the service fees paid by the member in the preceding 12 months.

Article 9. Termination

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time from the settings page.
  • PriceBnb may restrict service access or terminate accounts upon notice if a member violates these Terms.
  • Upon account termination, related data will be retained for a period in accordance with applicable laws before deletion.

Article 9-a. Launch Pricing Lock-In Policy

Members who subscribe to a paid plan during PriceBnb's launch phase will retain their locked subscription rate for as long as they maintain an active, uninterrupted subscription.

  • If your subscription lapses for any reason (payment failure for more than 14 days, voluntary cancellation, or account termination), your price lock expires permanently. Re-subscription will be at the then-current standard rate.
  • You may switch between monthly and annual billing, or between Pro and Business tiers, while retaining launch pricing for your current tier.
  • Lock applies to base subscription only. Additional listings, add-ons, or new products launched after your subscription start date may be priced at then-current rates.
  • PriceBnb may modify launch pricing for new customers at any time. Existing locked-in customers are not affected by these changes.
  • Standard pricing changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to all subscribers, with clear indication that existing locked-in customers are unaffected.

Article 10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Article 11. Changes to Terms

PriceBnb may modify these Terms as necessary. Changes will be communicated through in-service notices or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Article 11-B. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pricing suggestions, AI coaching, and revenue forecasts are reference estimates; the Service does not guarantee bookings or revenue outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceBnb's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. PriceBnb is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss).

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, this section applies only to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Article 11-C. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of the user's country of residence.

Any dispute shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties. Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be settled before competent courts in the Republic of Korea. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's ODR platform; users in the US and UK may pursue disputes in their local courts of competent jurisdiction.

No class action waiver: These Terms do not require you to waive any right to bring a class, collective, or representative action that is guaranteed under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
